Axcess Locksmiths and Safes Shipping / Delivery Options Include:

 

1. Full Delivery & Installation Service – Safe is delivered to the premises. The safe is positioned in the specified location and is professionally installed as previously arranged by Axcess Locksmiths and Safes.

 

2. Delivery to Site – Safe will be delivered to the site only. It is the receiver’s responsibility to remove the safe from the truck, followed by positioning and installation. The receiver must be aware of the weight and dimensions of the safe to determine if they can lift and maneuver the safe appropriately. Consignment tracking numbers are provided at the time of dispatch. * Refer to the consignment note below.

 

3. Delivery to Door (Tailgate) – Safe is delivered to the outside of a ground-level front door only (not taken up or down any steps). The receiver is to move the safe into the premises, position it, and install it. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of the weight and dimensions of the safe to determine if they can maneuver the safe appropriately. Consignment tracking numbers are provided at the time of dispatch. * Refer to the consignment note below.

 

4. Pick up from Freight Depot – The purchaser will pick up the safe from the depot location selected. Freight calculator charges can change, and the final cost is determined at the time of checkout. The purchaser must be aware of the safe’s weight and dimensions to determine if they have the necessary equipment to safely transport and maneuver it.

 

5. Pick up from Warehouse – The purchaser may arrange to pick the safe up from the Sydney-based warehouse (Blacktown). The purchaser must be aware of the weight and dimensions of the safe to determine if they have the equipment to transport it safely and maneuver it. We can help load the safe for you.

 

*Consignment Note for Options 2 & 3
Consignment tracking numbers are provided at the time of dispatch. The purchaser can then track the consignment and, if necessary, touch base with the courier company to arrange a suitable day for it to be delivered. If the premises are unattended at the time of the delivery, the consignment may be left at your front door, or a return to the site will be required, where additional charges will apply.

 

Shipping & Delivery Costs

 

Axcess Locksmiths and Safes’ freight calculator will provide delivery charges based on the product’s weight, dimensions and postal area. The freight calculator will also provide pick-up charges from depots, which incorporates the cost to freight the goods from the warehouse to a depot location. Freight charges may change, and the final freight charge will be determined at the time of purchase.

 

Returns Policy

 

Returns are not accepted for refund for a change of mind. The consumer is responsible for reviewing the product’s weight, dimensions and specifications. We recommend that consumers carefully preview any orders before adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding with an order.

 

It is up to the discretion of Axcess Locksmiths and Safes to accept returns for exchange for a product of equal or greater value. The consumer is responsible for any additional freight charges. The consumer must notify Axcess Locksmiths and Safes within 24 hours of receiving the goods to lodge an exchange request.

 

If there is a fault with the product, the consumer must inform Axcess Locksmiths and Safes within three days of receiving the goods. Axcess Locksmiths and Safes will investigate the issue. If the product is deemed to be faulty, Axcess Locksmiths and Safes will issue the consumer with a returns number. Goods to be returned must be in original packaging/boxes and undamaged. Faulty goods will be exchanged for the same product originally purchased.

 

If the product is damaged during freight, the consumer must notify Axcess Locksmiths and Safes within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Axcess Locksmiths and Safes will investigate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

 

If the consumer receives the wrong item, they must notify Axcess Locksmiths and Safes within 24 hours. The item must be kept in original packaging/boxes, undamaged and unused. The item will be picked up, and the correct item ordered will be delivered to the consumer.
